Platform Disclosure

Last updated: July 13, 2026

In one line: Homeground is a property directory and introduction platform. We publish indicative listings and introduce buyers to the authorised representative responsible for each property. We are not a real estate broker or agent and we never handle money.

Who confirms what

Availability, pricing, promos, financing, eligibility, documents, reservations, negotiations, and closing are confirmed and handled only by the responsible authorised representative for each listing — for example a developer's official sales team, a licensed real estate broker, or an accredited salesperson. Homeground's role ends at the introduction.

Where listings come from

Every listing on Homeground carries four accountability fields:

Treat every figure as an estimate until the responsible representative confirms it in writing.

How Homeground earns

Homeground may receive marketing fees, referral fees, or advertising payments from participating partners. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not make Homeground a party to your transaction. We do not accept reservation fees, deposits, or any buyer payments.

How your enquiry is handled

An enquiry creates a buyer brief. With your consent, we introduce you to a participating representative who may match your requirements. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
