Partner Guidelines
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Homeground lists properties from developers, property owners, licensed real estate brokers, accredited salespersons, and their authorised sales teams. These guidelines keep the directory accurate and keep buyers' trust.
1. Who can list
- Developers and their official sales channels.
- PRC-licensed real estate brokers and their accredited salespersons.
- Property owners selling their own property.
You must have actual authority to market the property you submit. We may ask for proof of licence, accreditation, or authority to sell before publishing.
2. Required listing data
Every submission must include the accountability fields buyers see on the site:
- Development or property name, exact location, and property type.
- Indicative price range and, if available, indicative monthly estimate.
- Bedrooms, floor area, lot area, and turnover status.
- Source — who is supplying this listing.
- Representative — the named party who confirms details to buyers.
- Last checked — the date you verified the information.
- Status — Indicative, Pre-selling, Ready, or Limited data.
Use the partner listing submission template and email it to hello@homegroundph.com.
3. Accuracy and freshness
- Only submit figures you can support; ranges are fine, hype is not.
- Re-verify your listings at least every 30 days; stale listings are marked "Needs refresh" and may be unpublished.
- Tell us within 3 business days if availability or pricing materially changes.
4. Handling introduced buyers
- Acknowledge introductions within 1 business day.
- Use buyer data only for the enquiry it was shared for, consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy.
- No pressure tactics, no misrepresentation of your role or authority, no undisclosed fees.
5. Homeground's role
Homeground is a directory and introduction platform. We do not negotiate, reserve, or close on your behalf, and we do not handle buyer payments. Our compensation, where any, is a marketing or referral fee agreed with you — see the Platform Disclosure.
6. Removal
We may decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, unverifiable, misrepresented, or that generate buyer complaints.
