Terms of Use

1. What Homeground is

Homeground is a property directory, marketing, and introduction platform. We publish indicative property information supplied by participating developers, property owners, licensed real estate brokers, accredited salespersons, and their authorised sales teams ("partners"), and we introduce interested buyers to the partner responsible for a listing.

2. What Homeground is not

Homeground is not a real estate broker, salesperson, agent, appraiser, lender, or law firm, and nothing on this site is brokerage, negotiation, valuation, financing, legal, or tax advice. We do not negotiate, reserve, sell, or close transactions, and we do not collect reservation fees, deposits, or payments of any kind. All availability, pricing, financing, eligibility, documentation, and transaction matters must be confirmed and handled directly with the responsible authorised representative.

3. Listing information is indicative

Prices, monthly estimates, areas, turnover dates, and other listing details are indicative only, are supplied by partners, and can change without notice. Each listing shows its source, the responsible representative, its status, and the date it was last checked. Use these signals, and verify everything with the responsible representative before making any decision or payment.

4. Your use of the site

5. Introductions

Submitting an enquiry does not create an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship with Homeground. When you consent, we pass your enquiry to a participating representative; from that point, your dealings are directly with that representative. Homeground may receive marketing or referral fees from partners, as described in our Disclosure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeground is not liable for decisions made in reliance on indicative listing information, or for the acts or omissions of partners and representatives. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including consumer protection statutes.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by Homeground or its licensors. Listing content remains the responsibility of the partner that supplied it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
